I'm looking for assistance in how to turn a simple InDesign file (16-chapters, 200 pages, 1 or 2 color illustrations per chapter) into an ebook. For example, do I add the pictures in Ingram's design tool or leave them in the PDF? I watched several videos but am still confused.
