I have been working on a 97 page e-book. It's a combined e-book and a workbook on self-love, self-care and confidence building for women. I have been working on this with a friend who is a life coach and psychologist. I have been working on this for the last 4 months and spent around 360 hours so far.My question is how much would you pay for a 97 page ebook that helps you understand yourself better, your mind, helps you manage stress, anxiety and failures in life, makes you reflect, and really helps you become a more happier, confident woman who's able to enjoy a more fulfilling life. Reading and working through this book and applying the methods could take months and IF completed with a pencil it could be used over and over as it would help in different stages in life, it WILL change one's whole life!
