Which publishers put your name/email on the book?

ebooks, epub, IFTTT, pdf, reddit,

I've bought ebooks from a couple of online shops now, and they put my name and email on every page of the PDF. I understand why they do it, but I don't like it. What shops or publishers can I go to/avoid? via /r/ebooks https://ift.tt/kmnlETA
