As an indie author, I'm well aware promoting even free stuff is difficult at times, and all the different rules and subreddits can get in the way of the author and the audience. While it may or may not be successful, I wanted to try a new subreddit for us just for promotion to make it easier. No special threads for self-promo or expected formats for your thread title.
