I am trying to change titles of eBooks that are part of a series so that they show up on my eReader in order rather than by title—i.e., adding 01, 02, 03 and so on to the beginning of the titles. I spent a good amount of time doing this in iBooks, but when I put the files on my Kobo, they still showed up as the old file names.How can I change the titles (and other info) in a way that actually changes the metadata for the file? I'm on a Mac (10.14.4), using iBooks, and all of these books are epub files.I did try downloading Calibre after reading some solutions online, but it had some other problem with the files, saying they're corrupted and couldn't read them (they're not, I can open them fine), so I deleted it. via /r/ebooks https://ift.tt/35apLnq
