I don't want anything fancy. I don't want toolbars blocking the text when I'm trying to highlight or add notes to something. I've tried most of the popular programs recommended by google searches.I would like something with similar functionality as the PDF reader from Adobe, simple layout, a toolbar at the top that gives me all the options I need, without having to click through several dropdown menus to get to the features I want.
